Holiday Performances are back at El Paso International Airport. We would like to invite you and your school ensembles to perform and spread holiday cheer to our passengers, family and friends.
Performances will be scheduled as follows:
· Monday, December 2 through Friday, December 6
· Monday, December 9 through Friday, December 13
· Monday, December 16 through Friday, December 20
For performances completed between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., refreshments for students and parking validation for the vehicles transporting students will be provided. Reservations are generally for 60 minutes of performance time including set up and take down, which should be factored into your reservation. Reservations are on a first-come-first-served basis. Amplifiers must be at a minimal level so as to not interfere with the airport P.A. system or other airport operations, electrical outlets are limited please bring your own extension cords and indicate in your application if electrical is needed. All groups must be able to perform within the designated area of about 16 feet by 38 feet (about 60 chairs) and are not to obstruct the surrounding passenger traffic or meeter/greeter areas at any time during the performance. This year the performances will be held in front of our Stagecoach display, just in front of where groups have performed in the past, please consider this if signing up with a large group. Groups should bring all equipment necessary to load in and perform, such as dollies and extension cords, only chairs will be provided by the airport.
